On a trip home to Louisiana from Texas my 2018 F250 had a hose on the return fuel line started to leak. I was stranded and needed to get home. Not only was Jim Taylor Ford the only Ford dealership in NE Louisiana that actually had the part, but Sheryl in the service department was extremely helpful and professional. The diesel tech “Jeff” was outstanding. They got me back on the road and I’ll always be grateful. Highly recommend this dealership for service work.

I would say go to Jim Taylor for your next vehicle.Ask for Caleb Ashley he went above and beyond all our expectations. I was so amazed and impressed at the service we got! It was a smooth easy purchase and I have to say hats off to Darren Collie as well! You guys are great!!!

Great, awesome staff members, sales personnel staff we're very friendly and there to answer any questions you may have. The main thing that stood out while I was there, was that they are there for you, they really know how to anticipate their customers needs. Great job gang!
