New location is very large but inventory not as diverse as expected. Call before you go to see if they have what you're looking for. Salesperson knew nothing about the Edge and ultimately could not provide a model with the options we wanted.

Just got a great used truck; James Gerow was our man. He worked hard to get what we wanted, took care of all details, answered questions, anticipated needs, and made right what few things needed to be fixed. Good man. He gets my highest recommendation.

After calling Banner Ford in Monroe!, three times and waiting on hold I got fed up and decided to drive the extra 15 minutes to Jim Taylor Ford and I cannot express to you how friendly and helpful the service department and service manager was. I bought my 2021 trimmer from Banner Ford brand new and have had nothing but issues every time I bring it up there. Jim Taylor Ford has been from daylight to dark difference, especially with the new service manager! I’m not one to leave reviews, but I have to give a shout out to Miss Amber and her team. They got me back on the road the same day when Banner Ford told me it would be a week plus thank you so much, Jim Taylor!
