My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned sedan from Jim Taylor Ford Lincoln Mercury. James Gerow was our sales consultant. He was very friendly, informative, and not pushy. I loved the vehicle, but I had a problem with a couple of minor things. James made sure in the deal that they would be fixed at no extra charge. We met with James' manager as well. He was very helpful in getting the vehicle in our price range.
