Lack stock and seemed rather poor in their engagement - salesperson showed me used when I was interested in new then had me wait while they met with their boss only to tell me "it was nice to meet me." Given Ford has many options on their website(Maverick is exciting), I had to later learn about them from word of mouth rather than the salesperson who met with me. Meanwhile they were quick to collect my customer data yet don't provide prices on their website... very sus.

I've been to this dealership twice for warranty work and there's been a problem each time. It took over 3 weeks for Vincent, the service manger, to contact me despite calling him frequently just for my claim to be denied although it shouldn't have been. Thankfully, I took my vehicle to JPS ford in Arcadia, where my claim was approved in the same day and my issue was resolved. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reputable service.

Caleb Ashely was amazing to work with. Straight to the point, no pushing about other vehicles. We told him what we wanted (explorer) and what monthly payment was good for us and he made it happen and we couldn’t be happier. My wife loves her car. I wish the f150s had a good interest rate because he would get another sale from my family!
