Darren Collie with Jim Taylor Ford was very helpful. It took less than an hour and I was driving off the lot with my new vehicle. He even drove to West Monroe to my place of employment to bring me papers that needed to be finalized. Very pleased. Will Be Back.

I was there at 0930 for a 1000 appointment. I was informed at 1100 it would only be another hour. But when 1245 rolled around I was then informed, by the same person, that my vehicle hasn’t even been placed on the rack yet for a simple tire rotation and oil change. They had no clue what was going on. I didn’t leave the dealership till 1445. I wasted 5 hours at the dealership. I then asked for a discount for such poor service and was completely ignored by the same service associate. I won’t be returning for service and I certainly will not be purchasing a new truck from Jim Taylor going forward because of such poor service. A little communication goes a long way.

After calling Banner Ford in Monroe!, three times and waiting on hold I got fed up and decided to drive the extra 15 minutes to Jim Taylor Ford and I cannot express to you how friendly and helpful the service department and service manager was. I bought my 2021 trimmer from Banner Ford brand new and have had nothing but issues every time I bring it up there. Jim Taylor Ford has been from daylight to dark difference, especially with the new service manager! I’m not one to leave reviews, but I have to give a shout out to Miss Amber and her team. They got me back on the road the same day when Banner Ford told me it would be a week plus thank you so much, Jim Taylor!
