Bought a used truck that had a bolt missing on a caliper. Originally offered to fix whatever was broken or get a different vehicle with $1000 off price tag. Left with truck that I bought originally and fixed at no cost to me. I recommend Chad my salesman to anyone, he genuinely cared about the situation and came up with more than one solution to fix the inconvenience. In the long run, truck has been a complete dud, it's broke down after less than 10,000 miles with repairs that will cost more that it's worth(transmission). But I suppose they aren't to blame for selling me a used truck.

I had a scheduled appointment time to get two tires put on. I sat waiting for 1hr 45min but when I noticed that my car had been sitting for the last 30 min I thought it was done. I inquired about it and the worker stated that she would check on it. After 2hr and 30min. I asked what was going on with my car. Another worker told me that they had just taken it to the back because they were running behind. Why wasn’t I informed when I arrived so that I could complete other tasks and come back? I was soooo upset. I spent 3 hours and 15 min waiting on that service. Ford has to do a better job with courtesy. Why would I make an appointment if the time wouldn’t be honored? At least inform me if you are behind so that I can decide if I want to reschedule. I was soooo disappointed with the level of service I received today.

New location is very large but inventory not as diverse as expected. Call before you go to see if they have what you're looking for. Salesperson knew nothing about the Edge and ultimately could not provide a model with the options we wanted.
