UPDATE: After the GM was made aware of our situation; a review was done and we received an apology and money back. We felt better about the complaint. Beware of price increases after ordering vehicles here at Jim Taylor Ruston. Bad experience and knew he would sell vehicle at a higher profit if we walked away.

My salesman Chris Willis was awesome. The service department on the other hand is horrible. They do not seem to care. I was told twice you can't make appointment for service work and today was told I could make an appointment to have software update. So which is it? Second visit they had ordered wrong part. Four months passed, I never heard from them so I called to see what problem was...they never ordered part til after I called. Absolutely unprofessional!!! Told them they messed up the dvd player when fixing ac in seats on second visit and they completely ignored the problem. Guess I'll be paying another $100 to different dealership to get other problems resolved. I do not recommend this dealership because of service department.
