I arranged for a relative to buy a car with Caleb as my salesperson and he was awesome.. we did it long distance over the phone & online. Caleb was so incredibly responsive with quick answers in great detail to any question we had along the way. He puts his hand on everything and makes sure that it is perfect for us. Taking delivery of the car for my aunt next week and so far couldn't be happier with the entire process. I highly recommend Caleb Ashley and Jim Taylor Ford. If I could give 10 stars on this site I would!

Service department has very poor service. Made an appointment to have my car serviced. The next day no one had looked at it. I stopped by the service department and inquired. “Someone is on it now”. 4 hours later I called. “The technician just got on it.” Frustrated, I asked for my car and asked why I keep being told the same thing. The service person hung up on me. When I picked up my vehicle, it was apparent no one had ever looked at the problem. I understand being backed up. I don’t understand lying to the customer. I will not be back. Update: I was contacted by their customer service rep who understood my frustration. Will give it another try.

Amazing dealership experience. We wanted to get a Bronco for our daughter and Jim Taylor had a good selection including the exact match for us. Our sales consultant, Seth Peterson, did an incredible job in both making the sales process as easy as any I have experienced in decades of making car deals. More importantly, Seth prepped the vehicle himself, set up the apps, showed us every feature on the vehicle, and made sure we had a full tank of gas, inspection sticker, and everything we needed. He was also kind enough to follow up to make sure we really liked the vehicle and to answer any questions (which we didn't have because he explained it all). Made us feel like we were buying a luxury vehicle.
