If you are in the market for a vehicle and are unsure of where to buy or what vehicle you want to buy, let me share my experience. My vehicle was a 2015 Ford Explorer XL and had served me well for ten years. The miles were adding up and I was faced with making a decision to spend money on an expensive repair or trade my vehicle in. My Explorer had served me well but I had enjoyed a few years of no vehicle payments. I finally made the decision to go to Jim Taylor Ford Lincoln Mercury to talk about looking at a vehicle. I have known Greg Haddox for years through family and my husband had played golf with him years ago and they were friends. I knew who I wanted to help me but I didn’t realize how effortless Greg made the process!! I thought I wanted an Expedition and Greg knew that I had been thinking about it since 2020 but when Covid hit there were no vehicles to choose from. Well when my rear camera was going in and out and my screen became “frozen”, I had to make a decision!!! I had driven my husband’s F150 for a couple of days while my vehicle was being looked at. When Greg told he that an Expedition is built on a truck frame and at my age I knew I couldn’t get in and out of a tall vehicle everyday. I went home and pulled up the Jim Taylor app to see what they had. I looked through the app and wanted to buy a 2023 end of the year model and was looking at which small SUV’s I had to choose from. When I came across the Lincoln’s, in my mind I said I am dreaming because they are too expensive. I didn’t realize how affordable they were so I was looking at some of them and they had an Aviator that had these seats that just caught my eye!!! I thought I wanted another black vehicle but when I saw these seats I didn’t care what color the exterior was. My husband and I went down and drove the vehicle while Greg helped another customer of his. We were both sold!!! Everything from that point was effortless!!! They took care of everything and Greg told me he would have it detailed and it would be ready the next day. Well the next day it was pouring down rain!!! I said oh well for the detail because it’s pouring down rain and it didn’t look like it needed anything when we drove it!!! Greg still had it detailed and when we went to pick it up, Greg synced our phones and went over many of the features of the Aviator. There were so many features that this vehicle has and any question we had about the vehicle, Greg knew and showed us!! I know I have gone into great detail but I wanted to share my experience so that if you are in the market for a vehicle, you can feel confident that Jim Taylor Ford and his sales associates are top notch!!! Greg proved that to me!! Don’t hesitate. Go see them. Thank you Greg for making me feel confident in my decision to make a trade to an Aviator.

I was there at 0930 for a 1000 appointment. I was informed at 1100 it would only be another hour. But when 1245 rolled around I was then informed, by the same person, that my vehicle hasn’t even been placed on the rack yet for a simple tire rotation and oil change. They had no clue what was going on. I didn’t leave the dealership till 1445. I wasted 5 hours at the dealership. I then asked for a discount for such poor service and was completely ignored by the same service associate. I won’t be returning for service and I certainly will not be purchasing a new truck from Jim Taylor going forward because of such poor service. A little communication goes a long way.
