He has worked here for a very long time for a reason. He gets return customers because of his service. He quickly found exactly what I wanted, priced it well, and worked with me throughout the process. I was very happy with the price. They were cheaper than nearby dealers on the same vehicle. I did not ask for a sunroof, did not expect it, and was surprised it had it. Their price with the sunroof was cheaper than other dealers without. My first Maverick (2022) was a great little truck and this 2026 is even better.

Bought a used truck that had a bolt missing on a caliper. Originally offered to fix whatever was broken or get a different vehicle with $1000 off price tag. Left with truck that I bought originally and fixed at no cost to me. I recommend Chad my salesman to anyone, he genuinely cared about the situation and came up with more than one solution to fix the inconvenience. In the long run, truck has been a complete dud, it's broke down after less than 10,000 miles with repairs that will cost more that it's worth(transmission). But I suppose they aren't to blame for selling me a used truck.
