After calling Banner Ford in Monroe!, three times and waiting on hold I got fed up and decided to drive the extra 15 minutes to Jim Taylor Ford and I cannot express to you how friendly and helpful the service department and service manager was. I bought my 2021 trimmer from Banner Ford brand new and have had nothing but issues every time I bring it up there. Jim Taylor Ford has been from daylight to dark difference, especially with the new service manager! I’m not one to leave reviews, but I have to give a shout out to Miss Amber and her team. They got me back on the road the same day when Banner Ford told me it would be a week plus thank you so much, Jim Taylor!

Everything about the service department moves at a very slow pace. The waiting room had several people waiting and everyone had the same opinion. 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is too long. The ford dealership in Jonesboro, La takes about 45 minutes for the same service. The drop off and delivery service is a very nice addition to the department.

I was there at 0930 for a 1000 appointment. I was informed at 1100 it would only be another hour. But when 1245 rolled around I was then informed, by the same person, that my vehicle hasn’t even been placed on the rack yet for a simple tire rotation and oil change. They had no clue what was going on. I didn’t leave the dealership till 1445. I wasted 5 hours at the dealership. I then asked for a discount for such poor service and was completely ignored by the same service associate. I won’t be returning for service and I certainly will not be purchasing a new truck from Jim Taylor going forward because of such poor service. A little communication goes a long way.

I had an excellent experience when my vehicle was serviced. Amanda saw me pull up and can out and said my tech was ready for my vehicle. I was in and out after the new part was installed and working as it should.

Service dept has always worked hard to get my truck into the shop when i have any issues. They work fast to resolve the issue. I use my truck to make my living. So when i need a service or repair Jim Taylor service dept work fast to keep me rolling. Thanks

I'm not a regular customer of this location, but will seriously consider it for future purchases. I stopped in recently because I had a cover dragging underneath my car from a different oil change facility in a different city. The service crew at Jim Taylor had my car up on a ramp, removed the cover, and had me on my way in about 15 minutes!

Friendly and good service. They should take appts for their service department, I hate driving 30 min to get there just to find a dozen cars ahead of me along with a 2-3 hour wait! I am not able to drive 2 cars so yes, I have to wait on site. I would give 5 stars if they would do this

I had a scheduled appointment time to get two tires put on. I sat waiting for 1hr 45min but when I noticed that my car had been sitting for the last 30 min I thought it was done. I inquired about it and the worker stated that she would check on it. After 2hr and 30min. I asked what was going on with my car. Another worker told me that they had just taken it to the back because they were running behind. Why wasn’t I informed when I arrived so that I could complete other tasks and come back? I was soooo upset. I spent 3 hours and 15 min waiting on that service. Ford has to do a better job with courtesy. Why would I make an appointment if the time wouldn’t be honored? At least inform me if you are behind so that I can decide if I want to reschedule. I was soooo disappointed with the level of service I received today.
