Parts man ordered needed part and got next day! Ford brand part a little more expensive than will fit (windshield washer hose) but it was perfect fit and I couldn't believe it came with exact fit push in mounting pins! Will fit I had tried was exactly that (will maybe fit), it did not!

I'm not a regular customer of this location, but will seriously consider it for future purchases. I stopped in recently because I had a cover dragging underneath my car from a different oil change facility in a different city. The service crew at Jim Taylor had my car up on a ramp, removed the cover, and had me on my way in about 15 minutes!

I could not be more pleased with the Jim Taylor Ford/Lincoln dealership in Ruston LA. I moved to N LA 10 months ago and I used the dealership in the town I live in and was never so disappointed, so I drove the 30 miles to Jim Taylor without an appointment. I was greeted the minute my truck door opened as my first visit was ‘The Works’ which was total oil change, tire rotation and completed service of engine and fluid levels, etc. when they told me my vehicle was ready my truck had been vacuumed and washed and I was floored. In all my years of having ‘The Works’ completed it was the first wash and vacuum that was ever done. The Service Department and all of the service employees were outstanding. My second visit was just as great. I replaced my back brakes which I was informed on my first visit I need to have done plus had The Works package. When I arrived for my second visit I was greeted by salesman Dan Stolz asking if I wanted to sell my truck. I met with Dan yesterday who spent several hours with me. Even though I left without reaching an agreement I will recommend Jim Taylor yo everyone. I have received two calls today telling me they are still there for me if I needed anything. One call was from Dan, the other from a customer rep. I have had many years experience with Ford dealerships as my Ex was a top rated Ford mechanic for over 25+ years.
