My daughter is a student at LA TECH and was about to travel home for the Thanksgiving holidays when she noticed her 2023 Bronco Sport running hot. I advised her to take it to the nearest FORD dealership as I called them to explain the situation. I spoke with Frannie in the service dept. and was told they didn't have an appointment available until the middle of next month, but she said to have her come in and they would at least look at the radiator and make sure it had coolant and was not leaking. Once she got there they told her it would be a lengthy wait, but had a service advisor drop her back off at the dorm so she didn't have to wait the whole time at the dealership. She got a call 3 hours later saying it was done and ready for pickup. They found the water pump needed to be replaced and rushed it back so she could get home for Thanksgiving break. Big thanks to Frannie and Amy ( Service Advisor) for getting her back on the road in as quick as possible. Jim Taylor Ford and their staff did go out of the way to help my daughter and we couldn't be happier to tell everyone about it. Thanks Jim Taylor Ford.... will call you when I need another Ford Raptor.

Dustin Colley went above and beyond for me. As a first time EV owner I was driving from Dallas to Mississippi, and planned to use the charging stations in Ruston, but did not have an adapter. I came into the dealership to purchase an adapter, and after explaining that I had 7 miles to empty, Dustin let me, a perfect stranger, borrow his adapter, drive away from the dealership, charge my vehicle, and then bring his adapter back. Before I left I asked if he was sure about this, and he simply said “no worries, I trust you”. In a world too often dominated by numbers and sales, being a Good Samaritan truly stands out.

My wife and I were very pleased with the whole staff today and Mr. Jonah Bates was a very kind and thoughtful young man. We presented him with a non typical plan for purchase and Mr. Bates took on the challenge and made it happen! Went to order a part for my car. Called head to make sure they had it. I was told they had it so I went up there to get it. I get to the dealer and waited in the parts department for over 30 mins with out being acknowledged even after saying hi to the employees. After finally getting help. I was told they no longer they vary that part and they never had one in stock. This dealer is becoming a joke.
